Where does E & D Process Serving file and serve?
E & D Process Serving provides process serving and document retrieval for Greenwood County, Abbeville County and Anderson County.
E & D Process Serving also provides services to surrounding counties on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to contact us in order to obtain further detailed information.

Cost
E & D Process Serving understands that not all circumstances are the same. Please contact us to discuss service area fees.
First attempt on service is made within three (3) days of receipt of documents. Any papers that require an attempt within the first twenty-four (24) hours are considered to be “rushed/expedited” request and a $30.00 service charge will be added. Any request that requires an attempt within the first forty-eight (48) hours will have a $15.00 fee added.
Three attempts will be made for each service (Morning/Afternoon/Evening) additional attempts will be $25.00 per attempt.
Change in address constitutes new service agreement.
Cost of service covers up to 20 printed pages. Additional pages are $0.10 per page.
